Recipe: Baked breaded chicken strips
Posted by Karen on February 1st, 2010 . Filed under: Recipes .Yesterday I tried making chicken strips using a recipe I found a while ago for the first time. They turned out so amazing that I made them again today. This makes one large serving, which I ate with ketchup and some veggies on the side. Of course you can also make a smaller serving and have something else on the side, or put them in a salad, whatever you like. I am definitely making this one a regular. It is so simple to make and at the same time healthy and super-tasty!

Read on for the recipe.

9.5PP per serving (5PP for the chicken, 0.5PP for the egg white, 4PP for the corn flakes). I suppose you can take off 1PP if you use 30 g of corn flakes instead. I did that tonight.

Yeah, it is so easy and quick to make and you can really vary it by the sides you eat it with.
By the way, thanks for posting the recipe on your blog.
