Breakfast for winners

Lately I have changed my breakfast from toast with ham, and a yoghurt (which wasn’t that bad per se but I wanted to try something different) to something a little healthier.

Yogurt with muesli and fruit (1 serving)
250g low-fat yogurt (.1% fat)
50g muesli with dried fruit
10g walnuts
1 banana
1 apple (Braeburn)
1 kiwi (gold)
